Domain Name Listing Policy

1. Excellent Domains.ca does not accept adult material or names in poor taste. Excellent Domains.ca only lists names that are uncomplicated and memorable, thereby useful in promoting a web site. Excellent Domains.ca reserves the right to refuse any name for any reason.

2. Domain names must be registered and paid in full to the registrar e.g. CIRA. If requested, proof of ownership documents must be supplied prior to being listed.

3. The Seller/Owner acknowledges that the domain name submitted does not infringe upon the rights of a 3rd party, including copyright and trademark protection.

4. The Seller/Owner acknowledges that the domain name submitted has not been put on hold, is involved in a dispute of any kind, and has not been revoked or restricted by an applicable registry authority.

5. The Seller/Owner will not hold Excellent Domains.ca, its principals, and employees liable for any losses, or perceived losses, in connection with the leasing, bartering or selling of a domain name.

6. Invoices are issued with GST added for all Listing transactions.  Upon receipt of payment, your domain name will be placed under the appropriate categories with a specific end date.   Categories will be agreed upon between the Seller and Excellent Domains.ca before any transaction and will be documented in writing on all invoices prior to payment.   All transactions are final. No refunds will be given out should a domain name be sold prior to the listing agreement deadline.  Seller provides a valid e-mail link which will be publicly viewed to all Interested Parties clicking on the e-mail link.  ExcellentDomains.ca cannot be held responsible for spam.  Credit Cards are not accepted.
